  • You will present your poster in a dedicated 45-min session, during one of the coffee breaks. You can consult the program published online to learn the day and time of your session here.
  • The poster should be designed as a single image and printed on paper with size A0, i.e. 841 x 1189 mm. You are expected to print the poster and bring it yourself to the Symposium. It is strictly forbidden to bring individual pages and assemble them on site. We will provide the poster holder and necessary fasteners.
  • Support team of volunteering students will be available on-site to answer questions and help you set up your poster.  Your poster should be set up at least 1 hour before the start of your poster session.

  • Please consult the program published online to learn the day and time of your presentation here.
  • Please coordinate with the organizer(s) of your session to learn about the time allocated for your presentation. For panels, you are expected to make a short presentation to state and justify your position so as to leave enough time for the discussion and interactions with the audience.  For all other sessions, as a rule-of-thumb, divide the total time of the session by the number of presenters to calculate the time of your presentation. Remember to always allow time for discussion with the audience as this is an important part of the conference.
